JIMMY JOHANSSON

Role: Customer Service Manager
Location: Trollhättan, Sweden

– I have always worked within customer service, because I enjoy helping people. It’s interesting how you can learn from and adapt through communicating with customers.

Jimmy has been with NutraQ for almost 10 years and has always liked responsibility. He started as a Customer Consultant, and today he is managing the Norwegian and Danish customer service teams. In his role he ensures that the daily customer service in Norway and Denmark works as it should. To do this he takes care of his team, monitors KPI´s and ensures that our customers receive the best possible service.

– At NutraQ we always want to become more digital and improve our results. This makes it interesting to work here.

SUSANNA MÄKI

Role: Financial Controller
Location: Helsinki, Finland

– I do many different tasks in my job. My primary responsibilities involve comprehensive reporting of the group financials, together with Head of Accounting, and facilitating transparency in financial data through reporting.

Susanna is among several NutraQ employees who have returned to the company after exploring other opportunities.

– I decided to come back because there are many exciting projects going on in the finance department and I also really missed the people in NutraQ.

Her job consists of varying and challenging tasks with each day presenting unique challenges. She emphasizes the dynamic and supportive work environment, characterized by positive energy and encouragement.

– What makes me proud of being part of NutraQ is to have seen and been part of the company’s incredible growth journey for almost 15 years! And of course, I’m very proud of our high-quality products.

VIVEK KAVALAPARA PATHIYATH

Role: Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain
Location: Oslo, Norway

– Within NutraQ, there are many development opportunities available, including participation in strategic projects to support company growth, involvement in supply chain optimization initiatives, and access to professional development programs aimed at enhancing skills and advancing careers.

In NutraQ, Vivek oversees project ownership across various initiatives, leads end-to-end supply chain optimization efforts, drives Process Enhancement, and manages Data Analysis and Reporting.

– What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that have a tangible impact on the company’s growth and success. I find fulfillment in optimizing supply chain processes, solving complex challenges, and driving projects that contribute to NutraQ’s position as a leader in the nutraceuticals and beauty products market. Overall, the dynamic nature of the role and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference motivate and inspire me every day.

ROBERT KJERRSTRÖM

Role: Customer Service Consultant
Location: Trollhättan, Sweden

– It is cool to work at an international company with well-known products.

Robert is a part of the team helping Norwegian customers and uses his analytical skills to find the best solutions for each individual customer.

– Positive feedback from our customers are always inspiring, but the most important for me is the great team spirit at our office. I feel that each of us supports each other by sharing ideas, praising a good job, a generally spreading joy.

VILDE AAS JOHANSEN

Role: HR & Admin Partner
Location: Oslo, Norway

– The easiest way to describe the work environment in NutraQ is by recounting how I felt when I first started here; never have I felt so much at home, from day one, as I did when I started my job here. The inclusivity and openness of the entire organization are truly special.

In her role as an HR & Admin Partner she’s able to connect, collaborate, and work with people from various countries and departments, and Vilde highlights this as an important part of her job.

– In short, I attract, keep, and develop people. This includes everything from onboarding and training to salary administration and HR analytics. The diversity of my work is something I truly appreciate.

She also points out that the development opportunities within the company is very good.

– I have already gotten the opportunity to develop as an HR partner with new areas of responsibilities and tasks. In general, NutraQs focus on both short- and long-term goals during our annual employee appraisals ensures good opportunities for growth and advancement.

– What makes you proud to be a part of the NutraQ team?

– I am proud of everything we accomplished together. I am also proud to be a part of a company that prioritizes its people above all else.

CECILIE NORDSTRØM

Role: Chief Marketing Officer, Oslo Skinlab
Location: Oslo, Norway

– My own journey is proof that dedication, strong will, and hard work can lead to significant development opportunities at NutraQ. I started as a marketing consultant and now work as the manager for one of NutraQ’s largest product portfolios.

Cecilie has been with the company for 16 years and is one of several individuals who have climbed the ranks. Today, as the leader of Oslo Skin Lab, she has both local and international responsibilities. For instance, the brand The Solution, which she herself was one of the initiators of, is sold in ten countries.

– What I like best about this job is the freedom to try out new things. We are always evolving, both in terms of our product offerings and the markets we operate in, and I am deeply involved in these processes.

She believes that the organizational culture in NutraQ creates both well-being and motivated employees.

– I absolutely love our culture! The organization has a relatively flat structure, and there is a lot of room for different perspectives. We have a good balance of autonomy and responsibility, which leads to highly engaged employees who put their heart and soul into their work.
